Natural wood may appear slightly different in color and grain than what is shown. No two pieces of wood are exactly the same. This adds to the true beauty of wood and its natural and fluid make-up. Please allow for engraving color variations as well. See return/exchange policy on custom orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

• Once your order is received, one of the Two Sassy Gals will contact you within 1-2 business days using the email you placed your order with to get your ideas.
• Send along any examples or photos.
• We will send a quote to you in 2-3 business days. We cannot start any design work until you approve and pay for your custom order. No refunds or returns on any custom orders.

MOCKUP's: (for non-custom orders)

• Once the order is placed, please give us 1-2 business days to email you a proof. Please make sure you are receiving your messages (check your emails junk folder.)
• You must approve the design for your item(s) to go to production, so please be on the lookout for messages from us.
• We won't ship out the order until the design is approved.

TURNAROUND:

• Our current processing time is 3-4 business days from mockup approval.
• This does not include shipping time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

• There will be no returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items.
