- Send along any examples or photos.
- We will send a quote to you in 2-3 business days. We cannot start any design work until you approve and pay for your custom order. No refunds or returns on any custom orders.
MOCKUP's: (for non-custom orders)
- Once the order is placed, please give us 1-2 business days to email you a proof. Please make sure you are receiving your messages (check your emails junk folder.)
- You must approve the design for your item(s) to go to production, so please be on the lookout for messages from us.
- Additional rounds of changes may be subject to an additional service fee.
TURNAROUND:
- Our current processing time is 3-4 business days from mockup approval.
- This does not include shipping time.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- There will be no returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Please check your spelling as we cut and paste your personalization.
- Hand wash only. We do not recommend putting this item in the dishwasher.
- We are closed on weekends and holidays.
