PERSONALIZATION:

• Please send us your wording.
• No more than 3 lines
• We can only do one solid color or one glitter color.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

• Once your order is received, one of the Two Sassy Gals will contact you within 1-2 business days using the email you placed your order with to get your ideas.
• Send along any examples or photos.
• We will send a quote to you in 2-3 business days. We cannot start any design work until you approve and pay for your custom order. No refunds or returns on any custom orders.

MOCKUP's: (of as shown designs)

• Once the order is placed, please give us 1-2 business days to email you a proof. Please make sure you are receiving your messages (check your emails junk folder.)
• You must approve the design for your item(s) to go to production, so please be on the lookout for messages from us.

TURNAROUND:

• Our current processing time is 3-4 business days from mockup approval.
• This does not include shipping time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

• There will be no returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please check your spelling as we cut and paste your personalization.
• Hand wash only. We do not recommend putting this item in the dishwasher.
• We are closed on weekends and holidays.
