Customized Christmas ornaments and gift tags have always been a hit in our home. Maybe because they create a personal memory with the people you give them to. Get one for all of your family members: great for moms, dad, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, children and friends that are family. We can add family names(s) or even pet name(s), our fist home etc.

This item can be purchased 2 different ways:

• As a DIY project: We will sand your item(s) for you and ship all pieces to you. You can keep it natural or paint it with colors of your choice and then glue it together. (Paint, paint brush and glue are not included with this option).

• All wood items are handcrafted by one of Two Sassy Gals
• Each ornament is laser cut, engraved and or scored.
• Colors may vary slightly due to the calibrations of various monitors, tablets or phones.
• All wood will take stain differently therefore colors may vary slightly. All wood items are handcrafted.
• All of our wood items will vary and may contain wood grain, knots and splits as no piece of wood is the same. Think of it this way you got a one of a kind piece of art.
• Back of wood items can be finished or unfinished.
• All wood is cut from 1/8 maple or birch wood.
• No props are included.

• the length of name will determine the size of the name

MOCKUP's: (for non-custom orders)

• Once the order is placed, please give us 2-3 business days to email you a proof. Please make sure you are receiving your messages (check your emails junk folder.)
• You must approve the design for your item(s) to go to production, so please be on the lookout for messages from us.

TURNAROUND:

• Our current processing time is 7 business days from mockup approval.
• This does not include shipping time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

• There will be no returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items.
